PT Intern/Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the owner, assisting with various tasks related to the business's day-to-day operations and personal affairs.

**Job Description:**
As a Part-Time Personal Assistant at The Khaliseum LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the owner in managing both business and personal responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Content Creation:** Collaborate with the owner to create engaging and visually appealing social media content for various platforms to enhance our online presence. Which includes operating a DSLR camera or HD camera Phone

2. **Shopify Order Management:** Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management on our Shopify store.

3. **Sales Support:** Assist in sales activities, including customer follow-ups, lead generation, and tracking sales data.

4. **Business and Personal Errands:** Run various business and personal errands, such as picking up supplies, handling deliveries, and managing appointments.

5. **Email Correspondence:** Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the owner, ensuring efficient communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

6. **Client Database Maintenance:** Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

7. **Event Organization:** Plan and organize offline events at various venues, including coordinating logistics, invitations, and guest lists.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and nights as needed.
